  • I am an APL logistics Employee or an APL Logistics Contractor and I need a new user profile for me.
          1) Please create a request via APL logistics’s internal system – Kintana by selecting the option ‘Other Security Access’.

          2) Please download,fill and attach the Excel form (named : id_as4pl Attachment - AS400 - Pipeline) from the below link.

          3) User Details section should contain NT ID for whom access is being requested.
          4) This Kintana will then go for the required authorizer approval from your manager in APL Logistics.
          5) Please allow 5 business days for the required approval and user profile creation to complete.
          6) You will get your user profile, password in the Kintana you have created.

          Option - 1:
          Please use the below self-password reset link to obtain a new password - password will be sent to your registered email address

                   b. Sub Category – Pipelineview
                   c. Symptom – Access / Security Issue
                   d. Description - Need Pipeline View Sign on reset. User Profile is XXXXX. NT ID is XXXXX.
          2) You will get your password to your email ID within 2 days

          1) Please create a NT ID with CWIS ID for customer.
          2) Please create a request via APL Logistics’s internal system – Kintana by selecting the option ‘Other Security Access’.

          2) Security team will request approval from the Sponsor of the shared NT ID. It may be you, if customer’s NT ID
              is created under your NT ID.
          3) Please allow 5 business days for the required approval and password reset to complete.
